Alan D. Katz of Wealth Development Group, LCC is pleased to offer a free portfolio analysis to investor(s) interested in determining whether or not their portfolio holdings are commensurate with their investment profile and investment objectives.
A portfolio analysis report generally consists of an overview of each security held in the portfolio, a summary overview of the portfolio’s diversification, the portfolio’s performance as measured against pre-determined benchmarks, and, where applicable, a report on the duplication of holdings within underlying securities.
The presentation will be based upon the information provided by the investor(s) and will attempt to report on how well the investment portfolio mirrors their investment profile and investment objectives.
To obtain this complementary report, the investor(s) must be willing to share some basic information about themselves , their concerns, and their goals and objectives as well as provide a recent copy of their portfolio statement.
The portfolio analysis, report and presentation are offered at no cost or obligation to the investor(s). The portfolio analysis, report and presentation will not include recommendations for an action plan which is only available in a phase II engagement.
Upon completion of the portfolio analysis, report and presentation, if the investor(s) decide to engage Alan D. Katz of Wealth Development Group. LLC as their investment advisor representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., they will then be entitled to receive recommendations and a plan of action consistent with their desire to achieve their goals and objectives. To accomplish this phase, additional information may be required to complete the recommendations and a plan of action.
At the conclusion of the Portfolio Analysis report presentation, the different types of engagements will be discussed and the most suitable arrangement as determined by the investor(s) and Alan D. Katz of Wealth Development Group, LLC at that time will be chosen by mutual consent. All documents necessary to begin phase II (recommendations and a plan of action) will be completed prior to beginning the work effort.
